2. Use of the App

3. Learning Content and Progress
The app provides learning materials, quizzes, code challenges, badges, certificates, and digital documents. Progress, scores, and achievements shown in the app depend on recorded activity and system rules in effect at the time.
4. Certificates and Achievements
Certificates and achievements are issued only when the relevant completion rules are met. We may update the design, delivery method, or validation process of certificates and achievement records.
5. Acceptable Conduct
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or inappropriate content where uploads are allowed.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another learner's account.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or removed as the platform evolves.
7. Intellectual Property
App content, branding, templates, and learning materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute platform materials except where the app clearly allows download for personal learning use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Orcaa Kubiki is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, interruption, or damage resulting from use of the app, platform downtime, or third-party service issues.
